The former Miss Great Britain never looks anything short of flawless - FACT - but she revealed that she has received a series of negative comments about her weight recently.
Speaking to Reveal at the GAP Jeans for Genes Day event, Zara - who has treated her fans and followers to a handful of envy-inducing bikini snaps of late - mentioned that she reads mean things about her (stunning, just saying) figure every single day.
"People are always going to be mean," Zara said.
Echoing former TOWIE star Jessica Wright's post about body shaming, Zara said, "I get mean comments every single day, and yes, I've put on a tiny bit of weight, but who hasn't this summer? I've been on holiday!"
But it isn't just Zara's weight that people target.
The boutique owner continued, "People tell me to get my beauty mark removed, too but it's staying! We're just real people and we look like everyone else. I'll never understand why people take the time out of their day to say things like that."
In spite of the negative words, Zara revealed that reading through the nicer, more supportive comments boosts her strength and confidence. "I get a lot of support from fans, though," Zara said, "especially now I've launched my collection with Miiaan, which makes me feel really great and humble."
When asked whether she felt sorry for Love Island co-star Kady McDermott after she was body shamed for being bloated (we've all been there, right?) Zara nodded and began to defend her.
"Absolutely. I just think that everyone is going to have something to say about how you look but you can't take it to heart."
You said it, Ms. Holland!
