With holiday season well and truly upon us, TOWIE's Jess Wright recently revealed exactly what it takes to stay fabulous in spite of the soaring temperatures.

In an interview with the Daily Star Jess talked all things exercise, extensions and eschewing the bandage dresses to ensure that she turns heads for all the right reasons while on her summer hols - and it starts with looking after your body.

"I try to eat healthily so I'm avoiding sugar and bread - they're my weaknesses," she said. "I find it really hard because I'm a normal girl and I absolutely love my food! I believe in everything in moderation when I'm getting ready to go on holiday and I need to be bikini body ready."

But when it comes to flashing the flesh, Jess is just like the rest of us and has hangups about her seemingly perfect bod! "Like every girl I have my likes and dislikes - I'm really self critical. But I definitely think the key [to feeling confident] is to have an amazing bikini."

Jess, who recently launched a vibrant swimwear range for Ann Summers believes that looking good is also a result of winning style choices. Complete with high-waisted bikini bottoms and balconette bra tops a la Iggy Azalea, the reality star's collection is the ultimate in beach cool.

"My Ann Summers range is perfect," she told the Daily Star. "They fit so well and the quality is fantastic. I also love a good bold and colourful kaftan - I love colours in the sun; it makes everyone feel good! My top tips for summer dressing are don't over accessorize. We've all been a victim to this before but it's not a good look. Killer wedges and shades can complete a look"

We're definitely chucking out those body chains...

And what about her beauty regime? Jess knows all too well that stints in the sun can cause damage to hair extensions and suggests that you should take care of them as you would normal hair.

"I always tend to wash and brush them really carefully," she said. "Also use a good treatment like Manuka Doctor ApiRevive Resrotative Hair Mask, £19.99 to keep them in tip top condition and sleep with your hair tied in a ponytail to prevent tangling."
