The TOWIE star stepped out in Piccadilly Circus to promote fashion app Grabble, where she was joined by models covered in body paint (we assuming they must have been pretty cold... brrr!).
Ferne, however, ditched the body paint for the occasion, instead keeping the winter chills at bay in a long grey leopard print coat (£45 from PrettyLittleThing.com) which fell just below the knee.
She also wore a shimmery metallic silver top teamed with a white maxi skirt, adding a pair of mock-croc court heels.
The reality star showcased her low maintenance side by keeping her nails totally bare, parting her caramel brown locks in the centre while styling the lengths in a smooth and straight 'do.
On the make-up front Ferne rocked a daytime smoky eye, shading her lids with charcoal grey shadow teamed with winged-out false lashes and bold brows, adding a sweep of bronzer on her cheeks plus a dab of matte nude lipstick.
We last saw Ferne on our screens earlier this month in The Only Way Is Essexmas, which saw her clash once again with Gemma Collins before agreeing the pair should end their friendship.
Gemma has since revealed she hopes they'll become friends in the future, but for now it's best they don't speak.
The festive spin-off episode also saw Chloe Sims and Elliott Wright rekindle their romance, while Ricky Rayment and ex-girlfriend Jessica Wright cleared the air after coming face-to-face following their split.
