But while Ben may have swooped the winning title, Fleur was our fashion queen, glimmering in a whole host of gorgeous outfits!
Here's the lowdown on all of her fab ensembles, which were put together by X Factor head stylist Gemma Lucy Sheppard.
Fleur kicked of Saturday's (13 December) show in style while performing with Take That, glimmering in a stunning gold sequin crop top teamed with a matching pencil skirt. Her two-piece was custom-made by Suzanne Neville, and she also wore barely-there gold sandals, £39 from Miss Selfridge.
The starlet then returned to the stage for her first solo song of the evening, belting out Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' 'Can't Hold Us'. She wore a shimmering silver halterneck top by DKNY teamed with a bandeau top, £14, from American Apparel, cinched in at the waist with a chunky Dolce & Gabbana belt. To complete her party-ready ensemble, she added a pair of silver disco shorts, £54 from American Apparel, and custom-made gladiator sandals.
And for her celebrity duet Fleur performed 'Beneath Your Beautiful' alongside Labrinth, looking sensational in a bespoke strapless dress by Suzanne Neville, which was covered in dazzling silver embellishment. How very glam!
The songstress then returned to our screens on Sunday (14 December), going head-to-head with Ben in the hope of winning the top spot. She wowed while singing Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson's 'Uptown Funk', which she had picked as her favourite song of the series. Opting for a glitzy outfit once again, Fleur kept all eyes on her in a gold chainmail varsity dress from Jeremy Scott's collection for Adidas, plus racy over-the-knee boots, £135 from Topshop.
She later stepped out for her final song, performing the winner's single, OneRepublic's 'Something I Need'. Fleur wore a white jacket, £39.99, and trousers, £29.99, both from Lauren Pope's range for InTheStyle.com (Fleur actually wore the same suit in red the week before). She also rocked a black bralet, £24, from Topshop, which had been customised with chain detailing, along with her fave gold strappy sandals, £39 from Miss Selfridge.
