The models looked like the best of friends as they struck a pose at the event, with both starlets opting for chic monochrome outfits for the occasion.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kendall made sure we all got a glimpse of her svelte figure by sporting a skin-tight white jumpsuit complete with flattering black racer stripes running up each side.
The famous sister also sported a pair of see-through mesh Louboutin heels while styling her newly-cut bob hairdo in a straight and glossy 'do, finishing with a slick of pillar-box red lipstick for added drama.
Cara went for a slightly more girly ensemble, sporting a white gown which was covered in glimmering sequins and featured two black panels on either side, plus a thigh-high slit to showcase her supermodel pins.
Unlike Kendall, Cara channelled a grunge vibe with her make-up, circling her eyes with heaps of warm brown cream eyeshadow while lining her waterlines with smudgy kohl pencil, finishing with brushed-up brows and a natural lipstick-free pout.
It was a very eventful evening for Cara as she walked away with the coveted gong for Model of the Year. Other winners included Victoria Beckham, who scooped the Brand of the Year award, and Emma Watson, who picked up the British Style Award.
Harry Styles was in attendance too, which may have been slightly awkward for Cara and Kendall as both ladies have been linked to the One Direction singer in the past.
Meanwhile, both Cara and Kendall have been busy cementing their statuses in the modelling industry with very special projects. Reality star Kendall was recently announced as the new face of cosmetics giant Estée Lauder, while Cara has teamed up with superstar Pharrell Williams to star in a new Chanel campaign.
