We normally see all three gorgeous ladies dressed to the nines, but they've proved they look equally fab in a simple pair of blue jeans in the new campaign pictures.
Former TOWIE star Sam is seen sporting baby blue court heels with her ombre locks tumbling over one shoulder, plus fluttery false lashes, bold brows and a slick of nude gloss.
Meanwhile, fashion designer Coleen looks beautiful too in her charity tee, accessorising her look with a juicy orange manicure, several gold band rings and heavily-lined peepers.
The Liverpudlian WAG was on the judging panel which helped to pick the winning design for this year's top, created by Rachel Hill from Edinburgh College of Art.
The black T-shirt features a pastel pink double helix - which depicts the structure of a DNA molecule - plus two sky blue doves, and is available in sizes 8-18, priced at £20 at jeansforgenes.org.
Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson also ditched her designer ensembles to model the tee, adding flattering midnight blue jeans and towering tan suede heels.
And it seems the pretty brunette wanted a bit of a boost in the hair department for her shoot, adding heaps of extensions for a big, bouncy and oh-so-voluminous bonce.
This year, Jeans for Genes day falls on 19 September, with the campaign raising money to help provide care and support for children affected by genetic disorders and their families.
