The former Buffy The Vampire Slayer actress looked beautiful in her fitted, strapless gown with print detailing at the bust on Sunday night (8 December) and we love, love, love her loose side plait and silver headband.
The event was hosted by The Trevor Project, an organisation that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.
Sarah, who is married to Freddie Prinze Jr., was one of many stars showing their support for the project, joining celebrities like Fergie, Josh Duhamel, Glee's Naya Rivera, Adam Lambert and The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev.
She attended the event with her The Crazy Ones co-star James Wolk, taking to the stage to introduce 2 Broke Girls actress Beth Behrs, who was performing.
Sarah tweeted beforehand that she was "deeply honoured" to be introducing Beth, while Beth thanked Sarah for her support, saying: "Thank you @realsmg for calming my nerves backstage and for my intro!!"
At the end of the night mum-of-two Sarah said: "Thank you (to The Trevor Project) for such an incredible evening. I've never met so many brave people in one room. #trulyhumbled."
