The award-winning actress attended the 57th BFI Film Festival in the capital on Monday evening (14 October) to celebrate the European premiere of her latest film, Labor Day, and she certainly appeared to have a pregnancy glow about her.
She donned a gorgeous red frock for the occasion that featured a plunging neckline and jewel detailing under the bust, which flattered her shape and accentuated her huge baby bump.
Kate, 38, also accessorised with a pair of black peep toe heels and a tiny black clutch, while sweeping her hair off her face in a stylish up 'do.
Despite looking as though she was ready to pop at any minute, the Titanic star made her BFI Film Festival entrance seem like a breeze and oozed confidence as she posed for photos with a protective hand over her bump.
But given that this is Kate's third pregnancy, it's no wonder she appeared to be taking it all in her stride.
The Hollywood actress is already mother to 13-year-old Mia and 9-year-old Joe and is now expecting another addition to her family with third husband Ned Rocknroll, who she married in New York last December.
As well as his unusual (and legally changed) surname, another fun fact about Kate's hubby Ned is that he is the nephew of business tycoon Richard Branson!
The happily married couple announced that they were expecting their first child together in June, although it has not been revealed when Kate is due or whether she is having a boy or a girl.
