New mum Kim has been favouring looser fitting clothes since the birth of daughter North West on 15 June, but on Sunday (29 September), she flaunted her cleavage in this floor-length gown complete with thigh-high split and mesh paneling across the bust.
Kim and Kanye were spotted in the FROW at Givenchy's Paris Week Fashion Show – and Kim's outfit was specially made for the occasion in just 24 hours!
She shared a picture of herself wearing the gown via Instagram, saying: "Thank you Ricky for making this for me the day before the show. I die for you. #Givenchy4lifebaby."
Inside the show, Kim and Kanye sat next to singer Ciara and actress Lily Collins. Kim uploaded a picture of the foursome with the caption: "Oh nothing… just chillin'."
Later that night, she was spotted arriving at Ferdi restaurant, still clad in her designer gown.
Kim and Kanye arrived in France over the weekend, and have been seen out and about enjoying the sights, taking romantic strolls and walking arm-in-arm.
There's been no sighting of little North West, however, so it's not clear if she joined her famous parents for the Fashion Week break.
Kim and Kanye have kept their first born away from prying eyes, only releasing one photo of the adorable youngster via Kim's mum Kris Jenner's talkshow earlier this summer.
Viewers of last night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in the US saw an example of just how private Kim now aims to be, as she rejected plans to have a baby shower for fear of putting her child in the public eye.
Kim's sisters Khloe and Kourtney planned the shower without telling Kim and when Kim found out, she wasn't interested in having it, explaining she'd already dealt with so much negativity around her pregnancy she wanted to keep private.
Eventually Kim did agree to the shower, after watching old home movies of one of her mum Kris' baby shower and, as we saw from the pictures earlier this year, it seemed like a fun, star-studded event.
