The former Sister Sister star has been balancing motherhood with her various work commitments and stepped out in the Big Apple yesterday to promote her latest venture: a comedy short that raises awareness about the severity of influenza and the importance of vaccination.
Making her busy schedule look like a breeze, 35-year-old Tia appeared fashionable and well put-together at the Flumist Quadrivalent vaccine event.
She wore printed grey skirt that drew attention to her slim legs, a low cut white blouse and a fitted dark blue cardigan.
Tia completed her look with a pair of fierce looking silver and grey heels, which she comfortably strutted around the streets of NYC in, and styled her new long hair style in subtle waves.
The day before, Tia began her promotional run in a dark purple dress, which flattered her slim figure and teamed it with a leather jacket and some open toe heels.
She enthusiastically wrote beside a picture of herself: "Loving the hustle and bustle of NYC! On to the next interview! #letsgo!"
The mum-of-one has been joined in New York by her two-year-old son Cree, who even had his own adorable, owl-shaped suitcase for the journey.
Tia posted a snap of her tiny tot in the airport with his luggage and wrote: "Cree quite the traveller!! #skiphop #nyc"
It sounds like the pair have headed to the East coast along with hubby and Cree's father, Cory Hardrict, as he also tweeted: "New york New york..."
Since giving birth to her first child, Tia has made no secret of the fact that she is trying to shift her baby weight in the healthiest way possible and she even admitted to wanting a post-pregnancy figure like Hilary Duff.
And she's very committed to achieving her ideal body shape through sensible diet and exercise.
Last month, the star was spotted leaving an intense workout in Los Angeles and ditched her usual makeup and hair extensions for an au naturel look.
