The pop songstress was seen leaving the Good Morning America studios in New York on Monday (9 September) wearing a pair of shoes that we're quite sure we could hurt ourselves in.
Her black, PVC-esque platforms were inches above any heels we've seen before, but Gaga appeared to be doing just fine tottering along in them.
She teamed the fancy footwear with a black jacket that featured rigid, square shoulders and a tiny pair of leather shorts.
The 'Applause' singer also swapped her current long, curly hairstyle for a sleek and straight blonde wig.
During her appearance on the popular morning show, Gaga surprised viewers with a Wizard Of Oz-themed performance of her new single - complete with a tin man, a scarecrow and a tiny dog.
Later, she opened up about her latest music and revealed that she is in a much happier place now in comparison to when she'd been recording her Born This Way album.
Gaga admitted that she had felt "insecure" and sad while working on her second studio album, as she succumbed to the pressures of the music industry.
She said: "I was actually going through a hard time during Born This Way and I was kind of insecure...I didn't really have time to put my feet in the ground and have a sense of myself through it all because it really is a machine and you just keep going."
However, she has had a different experience recording her third album ARTPOP and this project will apparently reflect her current happy mood.
She added: "I'm feeling so positive and healed in a lot of ways and I feel really overjoyed and loved. I'm obsessed with making things colourful and happy, I think it's because I'm in a happy place. If I'm in a happy place then the music is."
ARTPOP is set for release on 22 November.
