The former Destiny's Child member has fast become one to watch in the fashion world, since she is constantly spotted in well put together ensembles and jaw dropping gowns, such as the stunning black frock she wore to the Grammys in February.
And yesterday (18 June) she worked yet another killer wardrobe item: leather.
Kelly, 32, joined fans at Best Buy in the Big Apple to sign copies of her new album, Talk A Good Game.
She opted for a smart-casual outfit for the occasion and teamed her bold red leather trousers with a pair of matching red heels and a tribal print white T-shirt.
The award-winning songstress also left her hair tousled for a subtle and sexy 'do and added smokey eye make-up and a slick of dark plum lipstick to complete the look.
Kelly's latest musical offering has so far received a fair amount of positive feedback, with critics claiming that she has "found herself" with an impressive and well thought through track list.
She drummed up support for the album and created a buzz earlier this year by unleashing an emotional and heartfelt number entitled 'Dirty Laundry', which included shocking lyrics about a previous abusive relationship and how she had once been jealous of Beyoncé's soaring success.
However, Kelly has bounced back and as well as her recent music achievements, her fashion choices have come on leaps and bounds too - so much so that she could certainly give Beyoncé a run for her money!
