Lady GaGa - real name Stefani Germanotta - exploded onto the music scene in 2008 with debut track 'Just Dance' and has since shifted over 23 million albums and 64 million singles worldwide.

As well as her phenomenal record sales, GaGa became the first person to surpass a billion views on YouTube and is ranked by Forbes as one of the 10 most powerful women in the world.

She has also become known for her extravagant, elaborate and always controversial dress sense, and has garnered a reputation for them. She is a big advocate of LGBT and human rights movements, and runs her own charity - the Born This Way Foundation.
