"Makeup free Mondays. Love your skin," the TOWIE star posted. Well, we might not love our skin, Lyds, but we certainly love yours!
Lydia is no stranger to going make-up free, as she posted a barefaced selfie just over a month ago after treating her complexion to a Carita facial at Tranquility Beauty Spa in South Woodford, East London.
And she gave a shout-out to the spa yet again on Monday (14 November) for being the main reason her skin is always so clear and youthful-looking.
"Thanks to my skin queen @vickygage for my regular facials, @tranquilitybeautyspa keeping my skin young, clear and plump," Lydia Instagrammed along with the gorgeous selfie, above.
Facial. Required. Urgently.
As well as treating her skin to regular facials, Lydia is a big fan of using the best skincare products to suit her complexion.
"I naturally have very dry skin so the skin products I use are very hydrating and nourishing," she recently explained on her blog.
Among Lydia's favourites is Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum, £43, boots.com.
"It acts as a mini facial, giving your skin a good soaking of goodness," she reckons. "This is one of my faves as its extremely lightweight and when dry it isn't visible or oily."
She also loves, loves, LOVES Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Intensive Daily Moisturiser For Face SPF15, £30, boots.com (well, don't we all?).
"This is the one beauty product I would always suggest investing in," she explains.
"Creaming your face is so important at protecting your skin from the pollution damage, make-up and the weather. I love this cream as it has a SPF protection, eight hour stay. It is also a great cream for suffers of dry skin because its extremely thick and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky."
Smart lady. Wearing a daily SPF is literally THE BEST anti-ageing trick out there.
And the proof is in the pudding – if the pudding is Lydia's amazing complexion, anyway!
