The 30-year-old actress unveiled her barefaced beauty on Monday morning (17 October) while cuddling up in bed with her dog, Ruby.

"Woke up like this with miss Ruby ... a rainy #makeupfree #muttmonday," Kaley posted.

Kaley recently tried cupping therapy – a big trend in Hollywood with everyone from Jennifer Aniston to Gwyneth Paltrow being fans of the ancient Chinese practice.

Cupping is said to help detoxify the body by boosting circulation and promoting healing and if Kaley's post-cupping, fresh-faced beauty is a sign of what it can do, then we might just have to try it out for ourselves, too!

With pulled-back hair leaving nothing to the imagination, Kaley's eyebrows looked inch-perfect, her skin was totally fresh and glowing, and hello, but where are those just-woken-up undereye bags the rest of us have to endure?

So, what's her secret to looking so good with no make-up on?

Well, as a teenager, Kaley was plagued with acne but then discovered Proactiv skincare and totally fell in love with the range. So much so, she became a celebrity spokesperson for the brand in 2012.

Kaley also loves REN Skincare, which her go-to make-up artist used to prep her skin before this year's Grammy Awards back in February.

Good eating is a big must for Kaley too and she enjoys a super-healthy diet of lean meats, veg and soup, and often starts her day with porridge and almond milk or fruit and granola.
