Love Island's Sophie Gradon has just undergone a non-surgical nose job - and she caught the process in an Instagram clip!

WARNING: You might not want to give this a watch if you're scared of needles. Oh, and blood - there's quite a bit of that, too. EEK!

Over the weekend, Sophie decided to go under the needle and opt for facial fillers to correct a slight "deviation" caused by breaking her nose on a bouncy castle years ago...

...and she gave her fans and followers (us included) a bit of a shock by capturing the whole entire thing on camera.

We've suddenly come over all squeamish! *Faints on keyboard*

To break it down, a non-surgical nose job involves injecting parts of the nose with fillers. The nose is primed with a topical anaesthetic (usually a cream to dull the pain of the needle) and the filler is injected into problem areas to correct bumps or to give the nose a slight change in shape.

Almost like magic, right?

Sophie captioned her cold sweat-inducing video, "Getting my nose done! LOOK AWAY IF YOU DONT LIKE NEEDLES. Had a bit of a deviation (to the left) after breaking it on a bouncy castle so went to see @drtijionesho the miracle worker. Using filler my nose is now more symmetrical & straight."

In the clip, the reality babe barely flinches as celeb-approved cosmetic doctor Dr Tijion Esho injects filler into the bridge of her nose. He uses his fingers to mould and tap the filler into place and proceeds to mop away spots of blood after pulling the needle free.

Of course, this caused quite a bit of a stir amongst Sophie's followers, and it wasn't long until the comments section started to fill up!

"You're so brave!" wrote one, while another said "Oh my GOD I could never do this! Looks amazing though, Soph."

That said, Sophie isn't the only celeb to opt for fillers to overcome her nose insecurities - oh no.

Earlier this year, Love Island's Jessica Hayes and Ex On The Beach's Lacey Fuller both took to Instagram to show off the results of their new noses after going in for similar procedures at different clinics.
