But hold on, has she actually gone for the chop or is she simply rocking a fabulous faux bob?
We're thinking the latter...
Performing her new solo single, 'Back To You' on Saturday night (8 October), Mollie wowed the crowds at the G-A-Y club as she put on a very sexy show in white shorts, a lace-up cropped vest and over-the-knee boots.
And even without her Saturdays bandmates by her side, Mollie looked every inch the star.
At first we thought the sexy singer was rocking a rather fabulous, voluminous new bob, but on closer inspection we decided it was more likely to be pinned up to look like a bob.
A faux bob, if you will.
This little hair cheat is no stranger to celebsville with everyone from Jupiter Ascending's Mila Kunis to our very own Chloe Sims rocking a faux bob on the red carpet.
We might be wrong and Mollie's new do may indeed be the result of a fabulous new chop, but if you fancy cheating the look – without the aid of scissors and an hour in the hairdresser's chair, here's how:
1. First, get plenty of volume into your hair by applying mousse then blow-drying it with a large round bristle brush to add volume and texture. Try L'Oréal Paris Studio Pro Boost It Volume Mousse, £4.49, boots.com.
2. Next, sweep your hair over to one side, then scoop it into a loose low ponytail at the nape of your neck. Secure it fairly low-down, using a covered band to protect your hair.
3. Grab your ponytail and roll it under to form a bob shape, then pin it into place with Kirby grips. Don't worry if strands fall out and it looks a bit messy – messy is good!
4. To finish, pull a few strands loose at the front and scrunch them between your fingers to frame your face and add that extra bedhead look. Spritz with hairspray and you're good to go. Whoop.
