Love Island's Kady McDermott has taken to Instagram to deny the use of Photoshop or contact lenses after fans and followers accused her of enhancing her selfies.

There's no denying stunning Kady takes a mean selfie - in fact, we'd even say she's on the very same level as Kim Kardashian, especially with those perfect brows - but some people are convinced she improves the quality of her snaps by sporting coloured lenses and putting them through Photoshop.

Taking to Instagram with a fresh new pic that has nearly racked up 50K likes (and counting) since yesterday evening, Kady was quick to shut down the rumours - although she didn't rule out the use of filters, obviously!

She captioned the beyond beautiful post, "Currently on the way to Cardiff with my @scottyspecial and looking at old selfies! Oh and I do NOT wear contact lenses or use photoshop for the people that are adamant I do! Just partial to a filter."

Of course, it wasn't long before the positive comments came flooding in and many followers leapt to Kady's defence despite the scepticism thrown at her.

"Her eyes are contacts! You can't have eyes like that!," wrote one, while another said, "We all use filters! So what?! She's still gorgeous."

Hear, hear.

With that in mind, Kady - currently paired up with hunky Scott Thomas - isn't the only member of Celebville to come under fire from fans who are convinced she alters her images of late.

Last month Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead was accused of photoshopping a thigh gap (really!) in one of her swimsuit selfies which she vehemently denied doing.

"I would admit it if I had altered that image as to be honest I don't think there is anything really wrong in using filters and lighting to make the most of your figure," Binky recently told Reveal.

This snap of Binky caused controversy

She continued, "However, that thigh gap thing was ridiculous! I had not photoshopped it at all and I would be honest if I had. I chose that particular picture to post as it was a really good angle and I won't lie about that. But I have been working hard in the gym and I won't apologise for that."

You tell em, girls.
