Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit collection has sold out more times than we can count and and even eight months after it's official launch, fans and beauty obsessives alike are still fighting to land their hands on a product.

But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's business has recently come under fire from the Better Business Bureau who have decided to slap a big fat 'F' rating upon her beauty empire.

Yep, that's the worst grading possible.

Even though many beauty bloggers and make-up lovers think Kylie's cosmetics collection is the best thing since sliced bread, there have been a total of 136 closed complaints from those who are less than impressed with the drop which includes matte lipsticks and matching liners and a handful of high-shine and metallic glosses.

The BBB claim that that delivery issues (the popularity of the products meant that some were being stolen from the post) and billing problems (some buyers had their personal information accidentally leaked on purchase - eek!) all contributed to the eye-wateringly terrible rating.

Make-up artist Jeffree Star even took to social media to rant about a Lip Kit batch he recieved, saying that the brushes were horribly splayed and broken.

Kylie rectified the problem by re-fashioning each and every lippie wand but since then, customers have complained about the staying power and texture of the products not being quite "there."

That said, Kylie took to Instagram to defend her business and mentioned that she's currently working really hard to make everyone happy. The business is her baby, after all.

"I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy," she wrote.

Kylie captioned the post, "Facts! No F over here. I'm here and I'm listening to you guys and I hear you on the shipping!! Working on lowering domestic shipping OR doing some special free shipping days! I will keep you updated x."

The post finished, "I love you and apologise to anyone who felt the urge to complain."

Here's hoping things get better from now, especially as Kylie has hinted at an upcoming foundation line, too!
