With her chiselled cheekbones, lengthy lashes and perfectly arched eyebrows, Kim Kardashian is now a beauty icon in her own right - but you'll never guess which superstar she took make-up inspiration from while growing up!

Speaking at The Vogue 100 Festival's Fashion, Friendship and Fabulous Lashes event in London over the weekend, Kim Kardashian told the crowd that she looked to world-famous neighbour Madonna for all of her beauty inspo and her interesting story involved a rather hilarious Michael Jackson cameo, as the Kardashian Klan were good friends with him.

You couldn't make it up.

"I always thought models like Cindy Crawford were so beautiful growing up," Kim told the crowd, "but at one point Madonna had lived next door - so I would walk her dog - and this is going to sound like the wildest story but Michael Jackson would say that I looked like Madonna!"

Kim then went on to say that developed a bit of an obsession with Madonna's style after MJ made the comparison and hinted that she suddenly became one of her biggest influencers, especially when it came to switching up her look and trying out new things.

"I became fascinated by her and her eyebrows," Kim went on to say," and when she lived here she had black short hair and she did the movie Who's That Girl and I just was so fascinated by her porcelain skin and her big eyebrows and I would just stare at her when I would go to walk her dog."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star continued, "She was so beautiful to me and I would look to her for beauty [inspiration]. I loved how much she changed her look and was always changing her hair and her make-up style and how she dressed."

Who would have thought, eh?!
