Kourtney Kardashian on the one thing she does to her skin before bed

Most of us can't imagine our bedtime skincare regime without a thick slathering of night cream or intense repair moisturiser to reverse the day's damage, but Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian skips that part altogether.

Talking to Popsugar USA, the reality beauty hinted that she'd rather catch a few extra Z's than faff around with lotions, creams and toners before bed but she admitted that there is one thing she always does.

"I don't moisturize my skin at night," Kourtney told Popsugar, "but I put on [the Manuka Doctor] Replenishing Facial Oil, £19.99."

The mum-of-three - who has near perfect skin, just saying - continued, "My sisters and I have always put oil on our eyes, since seventh grade. Just the eyelids, that's the part of me that feels dry at nighttime."

The star also mentioned that, even though she applied a serum and sunscreen in the morning, eye creams and de-puffing gels are a big no-no before bed.

"So I'll put it on my eyelid and under my eyes," she said. "I don't like eye cream for me [...] it just feels weird. I love the consistency of the oil, the way it smells so I put that around my eyes and on my hands."

And it seems swapping out creams for much lighter, skin-friendly natural oils is little ritual picked up by the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kylie.

Taking to Snapchat last month, the reality beauty revealed that she taps the Kiehl's Daily Reviving Concentrate, £37 into her skin regularly and just like Kourt, she pays special attention to her under eye area as well as her chin and forehead.

Gah, we love a beauty shortcut. Thanks Kourt!
