The Only Way Is Essex's Chloe Lewis never looks anything short of flawless so you can imagine our excitement when she took to Youtube to let us in on all of her beauty must haves - hurrah!

But on watching Chloe in action, (she uses a number of high-street buys, FYI!) we noticed that the face of Little Mistress swears by a number of rather unusual tricks and hacks for that seamless, camera-ready look...

Here's how she does it.

In the eight minute clip, Chloe reveals that she opts for a brightener under the eyes - a sculpting trick that some make-up artists (including Mario Dedivanovic) try to avoid nowadays.

"I'll go in with a brightener under my eyes," Chloe says as she points to M.A.C's Studio Finish Concealer, £15.50. "Some make-up artists don't agree with this but I do and I think it's fabulous. I put it on with a beauty blender. You have to have one of these in your make-up bag," she finishes.

Chloe then lets us in on how she achieves her wispy, Bambi-like lashes (using falsies, of course) but admittedly, we've never thought about applying them in this way before...

"With eyelashes, I tend to put them on before mascara," the star says, "I find that if you put [mascara] on first thing, it gives you a dramatic lash but I prefer the softer look. This one is Lancome Hypnose Waterproof, £23.50".

When it comes to her brows, Chloe doesn't opt for a shade lighter than her hair colour like the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Oh no...

"For eyebrows I go into Spiked by M.A.C," she says. "I like my eyebrows to be darker than my hair or root colour. I don't draw them on harshly but I'll draw a line underneath, one on top and then I just blend [into the hairs] them using a small brush."

The way Chloe applies her face powder goes against the rules of many a make-up artist out there, but she makes a very valid point and we reckon we'll be following suit tomorrow morning!

"A lot of people tend to put bronzer all over their face which isn't a good look because you end up looking Tangoed," Chloe says. She continues, "I put a bit on the back of my hand, rub it in and then apply on my cheeks. You'd apply this naturally where the sun would hit [your] face, down your nose and cheekbones. I'll then go in with a rosy blush."

She continues, "Some people use a different brush but I use the same brush because it's got that brown [bronzer] still on it and [the blusher] doesn't go on too pink."

Got it! That's bound to save us all loads of time trying to dial down the colour intensity with our fingertips, right?

In the final minutes of the Youtube vid, Chloe reveals what we've always wanted to know. Which lip liner she uses to fashion that perfectly plump and pillowy pout - but she has a few top tips.

"I go with M.A.C's Whirl Lip Pencil, on my lips and M.A.C's Crèmesheen lipstick in Ravishing, a coral colour on the top, but it depends on your [lip's natural] base colour so make sure you work it out first. Just go to the counter and the girls will always be able to help you out."
