Kelly Osbourne led the way on this week's #makeupfreemonday with an at-the-gym selfie that proved she's a totally natural beauty.

The Australia's Got Talent star is a big fan of make-up and even launched her own MAC collection with mum, Sharon Osbourne a couple of years ago.

But her latest selfie showed a much more bare-faced version of the Kelly we're used to seeing on the red carpet. And we think she looks fabulous.

Kelly revealed her 'real self' in this latest, no make-up selfie, 4 April 2016

Kelly stunned at the weekend at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, which she attended along with Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber and all manner of stars from the world of music, TV and movies.

But the next day, the TV presenter looked a far cry from the long-haired, glamour puss from the night before...

"#MakeUpFreeMonday at the gym!" Kelly Instagrammed.

"Come on all you confident ladies, join In & let me see your beautiful faces!!!!" she added.

Dressed in black activewear and with her hair scraped back in a monochrome headscarf (a look we're definitely not averse to copying for the festival season, ps), it's so refreshing to see an A-lister working out without a full face of make-up on.

Because that just does not happen in real life.

Sweat, greasy hair and ruddy cheeks, yes (and we're talking about our good selves here, not Kelly). Perfect lipstick, false lashes and perfectly groomed hair? NEVER.

So, what's the secret to Kelly's clear, porcelain skin?

The word is, Kelly's a fan of Olga Lorencin Lactic Acid Hydrating Serum, £58 for maintaining soft, healthy skin.

We also hear she's rather partial to coconut oil and loves a good old Simple Kind To Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes, £3.25,
