Yup - really.
Here, the endlessly gorgeous star reveals all about her sporty nature while letting us in on her biggest beauty secrets.
Give us the lowdown on The Caravan Club and the Caravan & Motorhome Show. Why did you choose to jump on board?
I'm excited to kick off the Caravan & Motorhome Show today - I wanted to get involved with the show and team up with The Caravan Club because I love the idea of an outdoor holiday. I'm planning a caravanning holiday in Cornwall this year with a few of my friends and I can't wait for the beach walks, bike rides, beautiful scenery and spending quality time with everyone. I'm very sporty so it's great to be able to go all around the country and try out different hikes and bike trails.
You mentioned that you're an outdoorsy person – what three things do you always take with you when you're heading off on a trip?
My must-haves are: A raincoat (you can never be too prepared) my dog Winston and always, a bottle of water.
If we were to look inside your make-up bag, what would we find?
Charlotte Tilbury's Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk, £16 is the best lip liner for enhancing lips and making them look much bigger and I also swear by the Supermodel Body, £45. It's honestly the perfect highlighter and it will make your legs look absolutely unreal!
In terms of eyes, I love HD Brows' range of make-up, especially their eyeshadow palettes. They just have the most gorgeous shimmery and matte colours.
Talking skincare, I recently bought Creme de la Mer's Moisturising Cream as a present for myself during Christmas. It's expensive but it really transforms your skin.
Are you loving any bargain beauty products at the moment?
I love Bioderma for cleansers, especially the Sensibio H2O. They are all really good to take your make-up off with and very reasonably priced.
Toby Salvietto did your make-up at the NTAs last week – have you learnt any top tips or beauty tricks from him?
I've worked with Toby (also Katie Piper's make-up artist) quite a lot and his brow game is SO strong, so I learnt how to do a fierce eyebrow off him using pencils and shadows.
Do you have any bad beauty habits?
Not many but I probably don't brush my hair as often as I should!
You're always so perfectly turned out – where do you get your style inspiration from?
I get a lot of inspiration from Instagram and I'm always screengrabbing outfits and discovering new designers. I'm always flicking through all the fashion magazines to see what trends are coming up!
Your hair is stunning – what's your haircare routine like and what particular products do you reach for?
I actually wear Great Lengths Extensions so my hair is much easier to manage but I love to use Nioxin (for fuller hair) Redken and Kevin Murphy shampoo, conditioner and masques to keep my hair in tip top condition.
How do you stay so trim? Do you have an intense workout and diet?
I wouldn't say my routine is intense but it is consistent! I really like training regularly as it's good for your mind as well as your body obviously. I go to the gym five to six times per week and train like a crazy woman for 30 minutes! I do a mixture of weights and high intensity training. When it comes to my diet, I try to be good with food for about 80% of the time but I will never, ever miss an opportunity for pizza!
