And we have to say, showing off a sexy, shaggy bob and layered fringe at W Magazine's 'Best Performances' party in honour of the Golden Globes, the Shake It Up star has totally nailed one of 2016's hottest hair trends.
Zendaya attended Thursday night's (7 January) pre-awards party, which was held at the infamous Chateau Marmont, along with a whole host of beautiful people, including Elizabeth Banks, Suki Waterhouse and Cate Blanchett.
And if her hair, make-up and style choice for the evening was anything to go by, we cannot wait for the awards season to REALLY kick (it's this Sunday, btw)!
The Disney star chose a see-through, slightly risqué LBD for the do and black was definitely the colour of the evening with Rooney Mara, Helen Mirren, Kristen Wiig and Kirsten Dunst among the many red carpet ladies dressed in classic black.
But it was Zendaya's sexy, choppy hair we were most taken with.
Why? Because last time we saw her, her hair was super-shiny, sleek and parted in the middle so this layered, slightly bedhead look is a big change.
And we like it.
Granted, that eye-skimming fringe may well be fake, and in fact the whole thing could be a VERY good wig, but frankly we don't care because this look is going to be big news this year.
After 2015's onslaught of celebrities who chopped off their long locks into bobs and lobs, 2016 is set to be all about 'growing out' your hair.
"And the coolest way to grow out a bob is to get a shag," explains top celebrity hairdresser, Chris McMillan – the man behind many-a-glam superstar's sexy hair including Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Wilde and Kim Kardashian.
"This is low-maintenance hair and anyone can pull it off. Just remember to keep your layers long (you should be able to tuck them behind your ears) and your texture natural," he adds in a recent article for Allure.
