But earlier this week, the gorgeous Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took to her website to open up about her struggles with anxiety and she spilled the beans on how exercise is the only thing that tends to relieve the stress.
In a post titled 'Coping With My Anxiety', Kourt wrote: "When I was pregnant with Reign, I knew that I was going to go hard at working out afterwards. I couldn't wait to feel strong and in shape again."
Kourtney continued, "People are very quick to judge others by appearance but you truly don't know what someone's motivation is or what is going on inside them. For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind."
The stunning mum-of-three also alluded to her relationship breakdown with longstanding partner Scott Disick and admitted that hitting the gym - like fitness-obsessed sister Khloe Kardashian - is how she manages to cope with it all.
''I didn't know that I would be going through a breakup and just an overall crazy year', Kourtney continued candidly.
"Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently. I'm generally not a nervous person but I get anxious. I try to exercise 5 days a week. My anxiety is always worse in the mornings so that's when I schedule my workouts," she added.
But what exactly does the brunette beauty do once she changes into her spandex gear?
"I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up. I have to do something fast to really kill [my anxiety]."
We could all learn a thing or two, right?
