How does she do it, you might ask yourselves?... By holidaying with a top celebrity hairdresser by her side, that's how. Smart lady!
Like fellow Brit star Stacey Solomon, Caroline is also currently sunning herself in Miami right now where she attended a friend's wedding over the festive season.
And hats off to the X Factor host, because if we had friends in the hairdressing business, we would for sure, tap up their skills for making sure our hair looked fabulous in the heat and humidity of the Florida sunshine!
While the rest of us have been covering up and trying to keep dry in the British weather, Caroline took to the pool at her South Beach hotel where she Instagrammed not just one, but two natty little braided updos.
"Today's beach hair by @louteasdale," Caroline posted.
Both of Caroline's Dutch braided looks were created by top celebrity hairdresser, Lou Teasdale, who is none other than One Direction's resident hairstylist. (Her twin sister also owns uber-cool London salon, Bleach London, fyi).
So what's Lou's tips for creating fabulous braids at home?
"Use a powder styler," she recently explained in an interview with popsugar.com.
"Sprinkle it in to your hair first, then do your braid and mess it up with your fingers. On blondes, chalk braids and buns with white powder. I make the braids, pin them, then use white chalk on the ends. It makes them look dusty. And gives it more texture than colour."
