This morning the Body On Me songstress blew everyone out of the water when she was spotted at BCC Radio 1 HQ alongside the talented Sigma but aside from her super-jazzy co-ords, it was her lustrous locks that grabbed our attention first.
Rita shunned the blunt cut bob she's been rocking of late for a sassy as hell ponytail as she channelled Beyonce's infamous Met Gala look, from the glamorous waves right down to the hair-wrapped base and we reckon it'll be perfect for party season.
But like us, we're pretty certain you don't have Reets' hairdresser Chris Appleton on speed-dial, so here's how you can nab the look in five simple steps!
Apply a dollop of the Chill* Whipped Mousse, £11.99 onto towel-dried locks and rake through using your fingers, then blow-dry your hair straight.
Once your hair is completely bone dry, tip your head upside down and scoop your locks into a ponytail - the higher the better when it comes to this look - and you might want to use a brush to smooth out any dreaded bumps.
Reach for a hairband in a similar colour to your tresses and fasten around the ponytail a total of three times until tight.
Split your ponytail into relatively thick sections but before you style up, wrap an outer section of hair around the base of the ponytail, then fasten tightly with some bobby pins.
It's time to get creative, so reach for the Babyliss Glamour Waves Hair Tongs, £20.45 and wrap large sections around the barrel, holding for a total of fifteen seconds.
Keep going until each section of your sky-high ponytail is tousled but don't spray the hair with anything just yet.
Grab a large paddle brush, like this one from TRESemme, £6.99 and gently run the brush through each section of tousled hair so the ponytail becomes one large, seriously chic wave.
Veil both the ponytail and the slicked back section with the TONI&GUY Glamour Moisturising Shine Spray, £7.49 for an unrivalled glossy finish and to prevent flyaway strands from making an escape - et voila!
