In between stalking her Instagram feed for style inspo and watching MIC: LA, we roped the reality star into spilling the contents of her make-up bag - quite literally - so she could let us in on her complexion saving heroes, failsafe lippies and quick hair fixes.
Are you taking note?!
There's a reason why Lou's complexion is so seamless in spite of all the champers and Chelsea drahhhma - and it's all down to the same savvy spot buster that TOWIE's Lauren Pope also swears by.
"Every girl needs a reliable spot cream and mine is a rare find," she says. "The Malin & Goetz Sulfur Paste, £16.50 is a really good spot treatment. Just add a dab of paste using a cotton bud to a blemished area and leave it overnight. It looks stupid because it's bright white but wake up and the spot has evaporates."
Clear skin while we catch those Z's? We're on it.
"A compact mirror is also handy," Louise tells us. "I keep a small mirror in my handbag so I can keep an eye on my make-up throughout filming."
Avoid smudged eyeliner and banish dreaded mascara flakes with this cute addition by Anna Sui at ASOS, £20. We're just a little bit in love with the ornate casing which is bound to earn compliments whenever you whip it out of your clutch bag.
Lips & Teeth:
Like other reality stars, gorge Louise doesn't rely on luxury bleaching treatments and expensive trips to cosmetic surgeons to keep her pearly whites in check. Oh no.
"Just make sure you floss!" she says. "I keep DenTek Travel Floss Picks, £2.99 in my handbag at all times. They are super useful because I find myself eating out at restaurants often and they save me from post supper embarrassment if bits of food get wedged in my teeth!"
And when it comes to that perfectly plump pout, Louise always manages to stand out from the crowd thanks to Kardashian favourite, M.A.C. "I can't live without a selection of red and purple lipsticks," she reveals. "I love the M.A.C Satin Lipstick in Snob, £15.50 especially. Wearing a bold statement lip is usually my style."
"Owning a useful waterproof mascara is useful," Louise says. "As you know, in recent episodes I've been known to cry and panda eyes are never a good look! I like the NYX Doll Eye Mascara."
Not only is this gem a steal at £9 but it expertly wraps itself around each individual lash to provide you with that covetable, fluttery effect without weighing them down. But seriously, enough of the blubbing - will someone book Alik a flight back to The City already?
Much like us, Louise is an advocate of the power brow! "Never ignore your eyebrows," says Louise. "Since I got HD Brows done I have never gone back. I like dark, full eyebrows with a good shape - they can entirely change someone's face!"
Klorane Dry Shampoo, £3.10 is firm favourite amongst the Reveal beauty team and it's ability to turn around a lacklustre 'do in a few spritzes also has Louise completely sold.
"My hair is so fine and this helps give it some lift, otherwise on camera It can look very flat," she says. "Without dry shampoo I would probably have to wash my hair every day to avoid it looking a mess! This one is good because it's made out of natural products such as nettle and oat milk - and it doesn't have a strong scent like others."
"Always have painted nails," the MIC babe advises. "I love getting a gel manicure but when I have time I like to paint my nails in front of the TV. Essie is my favourite. I love the range of colours and the design of the bottles."
MIC:LA continues next Monday 17 August at 9pm on E4.
