Rita Ora's hairdresser had better prepare himself for an onslaught of blow-dry requests in the next few weeks because this gorgeous hair picture is one of the sexiest dos we've seen in a long, long time.

We're constantly in awe of Rita's wardrobe, make-up and hair choices, but this blow-dry really takes the biscuit. And we don't even care that it's not her real hair. We want!

Extensions, wig, whatever – we desperately want our hair to look like Rita's! 30 July 2015

The 'Shine Ya Light' singer posted this hair lust-have on Instagram on Thursday (30 July) and, while we've seen some blow-dries in our time, there's something about this look that is pretty much perfection.

Obviously the gorgeous face, fabulous make-up and uh-mazing eyebrows help, but that hair! Move over Cheryl, there's a new blow-dry queen in town... and she's sitting right next to you on that X Factor judging table!

You'd never know Rita was currently sporting a short crop from this photo and it just makes us wish we had such amazing hairdressers at our beck and call when we want to switch up our dos on a Saturday night. Oh well, we suppose we'll just have to stick with our ponytails and hairspray for now...

Rita's current hair is still pretty short... but she rarely wears it that way! 13 July 2015

Rita has celebrity hairdresser Chris Appleton to thank for her latest wavy blow-dry. Chris is the man behind most of Rita's amazing haircuts and styles, including her latest crop that's already sparked some celebrity copycats from the likes of former TOWIE star Maria Fowler.

If you do want to attempt Rita's blow-dry you'll need to have long, slightly layered hair (or extensions like the lady herself, of course).

After shampooing and conditioning as normal, blow-dry it with a diffuser-dryer such as John Frieda Luxurious Volume Finish Hair Dryer, £24.99, boots.com.

When your hair is about 50 percent dry, spritz it with a salt spray like Lee Stafford Beach Babe Sea Salt Spray, £7.99, boots.com to add volume and texture, then carry on drying, using your fingers to lift the roots and twist the lengths as you dry.

To finish your blow-dry, part your hair to one side just before it's totally dry, then grab a round bristle brush and wrap sections around the brush to create soft waves.

Use your brush to lift the roots up and back, then when your hair is dry, rake it through with your fingers and finish with hairspray.

Easier said than done? Kinda, but remember, practice makes perfect and you'll never nail it unless you try...
