But even though the singer has eschewed the designer getups out of fear that everything will probably end up being caked in mud, she just couldn't forsake her manicure - and rightly so, Lil!
The star who just jetted back from Germany, paid celeb nail artist Imarni a little visit to give her talons a serious festival update - and rumour has it, FKA Twigs, Pixie Lott and Rita Ora have all stopped by her popular Boxpark salon too...
Imarni exclusively revealed that she used the Red Carpet Manicure Cinderella Collection to create Lily's fresh new mani and that it looks AH-MAZING on clear extensions.
Imarni looked to the Red Carpet Manicure gel shade in White Hot to create the a clean base. For flawless results and minimum smudges, paint a stripe down the centre of your nail and then continue on either side. With the handy LED lamp, they'll be dry in a matter of minutes - result!
But what's the next step?
"I simply painted on the square shapes freehand, using a striping brush!" she said. If you've got a steady hand, this look will be a doddle but guaranteed that your nearest salon is always willing to try out the negative-space trend if you're after some fuss-free pampering.
Imarni then got creative with a sponge and gently pressed the Cinderella glitter polish onto the nail bed to create Lil's fade. She jazzed up the retro look with the addition of teeny tiny silver gems at each corner of the painted squares. We love the Fingrs Nail and Body Gems, £7.49.
For a mani that stays put in spite of the constant partying, reach for the RCM Topcoat in Brilliance. We're obsessed with its long-lasting, glossy finish and it will help keep your sweet little gems in place.
