The reality TV star who is now famed for her AH-MAZING gym honed bod recently launched the plan which aims to have you beach body ready in a matter of weeks - and we're completely sold!
The brunette beauty is pictured showing off her enviably toned tum and perfect pins in a series of sizzling snaps for the campaign. And with the warmer months just around the corner, we grabbed the opportunity to grill Lucy on her pre-holiday rituals. Are you taking note?
Lucy is a self confessed gym bunny and her top tip to sticking to a workout is to fit it into your morning routine.
"Always try and get exercise over and done with in the morning, then it sets you up for the day," she says. "I love HIIT training which is included in my Beach Body Programme. It's short bursts of high intensity training so you don't get bored of doing the same thing. Honestly, it totally changed my life and my outlook on working out," she claims.
Lucy launched the programme after fans took to Twitter in their droves to ask how she managed to get in shape and admits that it's all down to a little bit of hard work. "This plan is exactly what I do but condensed into a six week plan. I'm not into gimmicks or quick fixes so it's nice to show people that real sweat equals real results!"
And of course, it isn't all down to breaking a sweat - your diet plays a huge part too - but believe it or not Lucy's eating plan is far from the 'No carbs before Marbs' mantra that our other fave TOWIE stars swear by.
"Before I work out I eat energy sustaining foods such as oats with almond milk and banana or a slow releasing carb like rye. I also love peanut butter!" she reveals.
"Post workout I always want some carbs to refuel my muscles so I go for bananas, fruit, sweet potato or squash. Sometimes I'll have fish or chicken but it's always a good idea to include antioxidant fruits such as berries to help recover from the damage caused to the body during training."
One things for sure, Lucy definitely knows her stuff! She even revealed that she works out with gymnast beau Louis Smith as they both have a penchant for keeping fit and looking great.
But aside from all the training, what beauty prep does the star rely on to look beach babe ready come holiday season? "I exfoliate my skin twice a week to get rid of any dead skin cells and to make sure my skin is smooth before applying tan," she says. Lucy and little sis Lydia swear by the Sunkissed Gradual Tan Lotion which is an absolute steal at £3.99.
"A gradual tan adds a hint of colour and makes you look beautifully bronzed," Lucy says. And her top tanning tip? "Use this up to a week before going on a beach holiday. I don't think there's anything worse than a pasty body in a bikini!"
When it comes to her tresses, Lucy banishes the dreaded sea-salt frizz by slathering her locks with a hydrating serum. "I use a serum in my hair after every wash to keep my hair glossy and to prepare it for the sun exposure - that's really important."
We're in love with the OXG Nourishing Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum £6.99 to keep hair silky soft and resistant to damage.
But of course, you shouldn't go about your whole holiday with intense military precision!
"My advice is to do the Beach Body programme, enjoy the holiday and totally relax, then get back on it once you're home. Results with Lucy can be accessed easily from your laptop or iPad and we're always here if you're feeling a slump post holiday to help you get back on track!"
Beach Body with Lucy is available now from www.resultswithlucy.com £49.99 for a 6 week subscription.
