Svelte, simple and super chic up-do's absolutely RULED the red carpet at last night's TV BAFTAs - and we're desperate to recreate the look for ourselves this week!

From Millie Mackintosh to Lucy Mecklenburgh the celebs shunned their usual flowing waves for classic chignon buns that just oozed glamour.

Ex Made In Chelsea stunner, Millie Mackintosh styled her honey hued tresses into a cutesy bun and side parting combo with a little help from celeb hair stylist and salon professional, Mark Hill.

"Millie wanted something timelessly classic to ensure she stood out from the crowd," says Mark. "And nothing says it better than a sleek and sophisticated 'do!"

To create the look, Mark looked to the Party The Night Away Firm Hold Hairspray, £6.29, which he spritzed all over Millie's hair. "This kept it tight and added a slight wet-look for a contemporary twist."

For the styling, Mark created a side parting (we love the Mark Hill Just Tease Me Wide Tooth Comb, £3.69) and gathered the hair in a tousled twist at the nape of Millie's neck.

For a totally secured bun that wouldn't unravel no matter how hard Mills partied, Mark finished off the look with a handful of hair grips and added another veil of hairspray to keep everything firmly in place.

We told you it was easy!

Millie passed the baton to ex-TOWIE stunner Lucy Meck who was seen cuddling up to her beau Louis Smith as she sashayed down the red carpet in a trailing red number. Lucy donned a similar look hair-wise but opted for a chic centre parting a la Kim K.

To steal her style, pick up the No Inhibition Wet Hard Gel, £10.79 and comb a small amount of product gently through your locks, creating the centre parting as you comb. Then just repeat the exact same step as before to twist your hair into the chignon bun for that sultry Spanish vibe.

Also jumping on the style savvy bandwagon was Big Brother presenter, Emma Willis, who wore her shorter, edgier tresses in a wet-look style that was swept to one side. We love the Mark Hill Straight Talking Straightening Cream, £5.99 to ensure that you can party in style like Em without any curling or dreaded kinks ruining your look! Just pop the wonder cream on damp hair for a poker straight finish.
