Pixie Lott proved this week that having a fringe doesn't mean you can't switch up your hair in totally different styles!

One fringe, three ways to wear it? Nailed it!

Who said you can't shape a straight fringe into different styles? Not Pixie! 22 April 2015

The 'Lay Me Down' singer is an inspiration to us all when it comes to being adventurous with her hair and make-up.

In January, Pixie rocked gold leaf along the parting of her hair at the National Television Awards. And she's always one of the first to try out new trends, such as the floating black eyeliner she nailed back in February.

Just last week (12 April), Pixie decided to try out a new do and had her go-to hairdresser Holly Rudge of Taylor Taylor London cut a choppy, straight fringe into her hair.

And we LOVED it!

But little did we know the songstress and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant could make her new fringe so versatile!

We imagine it's mostly down to Holly's clever styling techniques, but still, Pixie rocks those looks like no-one else could.

On Tuesday, Pixie wore her fringe over to one side and dressed into finger waves as she celebrated the opening of the flagship DSquared2 store in London (below).

Then, just one day later, her fringe was again absent as her locks were super-straight and slicked into a side-parting for a Notion Magazine party at STK in London (top).

The key to copying Pixie and getting your fringe to do different things, is to make sure you use some hard-core styling products.

For a slicked-down look, comb Bumble and Bumble Styling Creme, from £8, boots.com through your hair while it's still damp to shape and mould it into place.

And for finger-wave flicks?

First, you'll need to blow-dry it carefully to one side, using a round bristle brush to tease it over. Then hairspray is an absolute must. Try Mark Hill Big Night Out Party the Night Away! Firm Hold Hairspray, £5.99, boots.com.
