From stretch mark oil to gentle cleansers, there's an arsenal of skin, hair and body weapons behind the stars' polished look.
Bio Oil, £8.99, is a staple in most A-list mums' kits. 'While I was pregnant, I rubbed it all over my body - morning, noon and night,' says supermodel Jourdan Dunn. 'It prevents stretch marks all over my body,' Kim Kardashian West agrees.
Victoria Beckham swore by another stretch mark fighter - 'I used Elemis Japanese Camelia Oil, £34, through every pregnancy. It's amazing!' she reveals.
The Saturdays' Frankie Sandford, who's pregnant with her second child, knows skin can go crazy during pregnancy. She keeps things simple with the gentle Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser, £11.
And Kate Middleton? She's reportedly using Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil, £16.50, to keep her skin supple and hydrated ahead of the birth of a new royal baby this summer.
While most celebs seem to be slathering themselves in pamper products, Abbey Clancy, who's expecting her second baby in May, takes a different approach.
'On my days off I try not to put too much on my skin, especially now I'm pregnant. When I'm working a lot, shooting TV shows, I'm always covered in loads of make-up, so I try and let my skin breathe as much as I can. At home I just put a light tinted moisturiser on, maybe a Laura Mercier one, and a nice lip balm,' she explains.
