Jess Glynne did it again this week with another belter of a manicure we can't wait to try at home.

Now, we don't like to say 'we told you so', but we predicted the singer-songwriter was a nail icon in the making when she showed off a fabulous, metallic-tipped mani at the beginning of the month.

OK then, we told you so!

Black nails with negative space is the future for nails, 25 March 2015

Jess shot to fame last year as lead vocalist on Clean Bandit's hit 'Rather Be' and is currently tipped for this weekend's number one spot with her first solo single 'Hold My Hand'.

But it's not just her music that's getting us in a frenzy in the Reveal office, for she's also giving Lily Allen, Jessie J and Katy Perry a run for their money when it comes to having the best nails in the music biz!

Jess has celebrity nail artist and UK Ambassador for Revlon Jenny Longworth to thank for her creative nail designs and what we love about her latest look is how cool, yet easy it is to copy.

Music to our ears!

"Shapeshifting nails for @jessglynne today," Jenny posted to her Instagram account on Wednesday (25 March), along with a close-up of Jess' black and 'negative space' nails.

To copy her look, paint a base coat over your nails, then grab a rich black polish like Revlon Nail Enamel in Blackest Black, £6.49, and get to work on painting a small section of each nail.

Jenny has painted the top half of Jess' thumbnails and little fingernails, while her forefingers are mostly black with a diagonal free space at the tip.

Her middle fingernails have a clear diagonal strip across the middle, then her ring fingers have been half-painted vertically.

Got it?!

Finish with a glossy topcoat and you're on to a winner.

What do you think of Jess' latest nails? Don't forget, it's your LAST CHANCE to win £50 for best comment of the week across the website! See details and terms and conditions here.
