The songstress managed to pull off a VERY clever bouffant trick as she hit the red carpet for the star-studded bash.
At first glance, it looked like Taylor had debuted a new super-short, above-the-jaw cut complete with a sweeping side fringe as she posed for paps.
Fast forward a couple of hours later when Taylor took to the stage for her performance of 'Blank Space'... and she was back to her signature shoulder-length style.
Her secret? A cleverly placed bun and some smart photo opportunities (she barely budged from her over-the-shoulder pose once!)
Want to try the faux chop too? Layered, tousled locks and a side parting will help you fool everyone. Start by creating waves with a tong like Remington Silk Curling Wand, £20.99. Stick to large sections so they're beachy and not too defined.
Add some texturising spray like Charles Worthington Volume and Bounce Texturising Spray, £6.99. It'll help your hair sit just where you want it to.
Wind your locks round in a bun placed on the side that your fringe falls. Make sure it's low, loose and flat. Pull out a full strands around the face to keep it natural-looking, finish with a spritz of light hairspray and pair with a side-on smoulder at all times!
