We're talking Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Kerry Washington, Amy Poehler and Julianne Hough to name just a few.
Now, that's a beauty trend, right there!
Held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Monday night (20 October), the 21st Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood Celebration honoured a whole host of Hollywood heavyweights for their contributions both in front of and behind the cameras.
And while our glamour gong went to Blended actress Bella Thorne, for her gorgeous yellow, leather dress, the beauty trend of the night was undoubtedly pale pink lipstick.
Although not an unusual colour for lips, pale pink is not one that's taken centre stage much since, well, the 80s!
But with a lot of ballerina-esque hair and make-up around for autumn thanks to Lanvin and Diane Von Furstenberg, it seems we're going to have to embrace our girlie (we said girlie, not pearly!) pink pouts.
Leading the way was The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and Scandal actress Kerry Washington who wore similar creamy pinks, proving they work on every skin colour.
Kerry opted for a slightly warmer tone which was the perfect choice for her gorgeous complexion, while Kaley's cooler pink worked beautifully with her pale skin and blonde hair – we wonder if she was wearing another Avon favourite like last month?...
Meanwhile, country music singer and Dancing with the Stars judge Julianne Hough kept the look simple and classic by wearing her pink pout with a slightly stained finish and combining it with soft, smoky eye make-up.
Parks and Recreation actress Amy Poehler, another blonde-haiired, blue-eyed beauty chose a similar combination to Julianne, but went slightly darker and glossier with her choice of lippy.
A smart move if you have want to plump up slightly thinner lips, btw.
There was one questionable pink lippy of the evening, however, and that belonged to Jennifer Garner.
We generally love a nod to the '60s when it comes to hair and make-up trends – super-pale lips and dark, smoky eyes? Count us in.
But this chalky pink on Jennifer's pout is not quite our cup of tea and we reckon she could have looked much sexier had she chosen more of a Julianne or Amy pink.
Don't you agree?
