Taking to Twitter, the former Waterloo Road star took a quick selfie to showcase the handiwork of her make-up artist Katie Daley, who amped up the glamour with heaps of smoky eyeshadow and strong brows.
It looks like Katie applied a sweep of deep smoky eyeshadow to Chelsee's lids before shading her crease with a warm brown tone, adding jet black liner which was winged at the outer corners for a feline effect.
She also brought the black liner across her lower lashlines while applying a bright white eye pencil along her inner waterlines - a great trick for making your peepers look wide awake.
Her brows were super-bold and perfectly arched, and she added a touch of bronzer just below her cheekbones for a sunkissed, contoured look.
And with so much drama going on with her eyes, Katie kept Chelsee's pout simple with a light dab of pale pink, Kim Kardashian-esque lipstick. Gorgeous!
If you fancy copying her eye make-up look, try using PIXI Mesmerizing Mineral Palette in Copper Peach, £12.
Simply apply the dark brown shade all over your lids before taking the warm peachy colour on a fluffy brush and sweeping through your crease, finishing with a pop of the palest shade near the inner corners of your peepers.
Using a liquid liner (like Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner in Black, £12), draw a flick across your upper lashlines (check out our tips for perfect eyeliner here), before tracing your inner lower waterlines with Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in White, £2.99.
Finish with heaps of mascara and your fave fluttery false lashes (Eylure Naturalites False Eyelashes in 107, £5.39, would be perfect) and you're done!
