Stephanie Pratt won our style vote hands down last night (18 August) when she entered this year's CBB house. The outfit... the make-up... the hair...? Win, win, WIN!

Dressed in a cute white outfit, with strappy nude heels and a gorgeous, statement necklace, Stephanie knocked the socks off her fellow contents, but it was her gorgeous braided hair that particularly caught our attention...

The blonde TV star is best known for her appearances in Made in Chelsea and US show, The Hills, and she can now add Celebrity Big Brother 2014 to her ever-expanding list of reality shows.

And with the likes of former TOWIE girl Lauren Goodger and Geordie Shore lad Ricci Guarnaccio as fellow contestants in this year's house, we could well have a battle of the reality TV shows on our hands!

Well, we know who's up there in the fabulous hair stakes for starters!

For her grand entrance into the house, Stephanie went for loose, sexy waves, with the front of her hair braided into a French plait that worked around her hairline.

Could there possibly be a better hairstyle to wear for live TV when anything like wind, rain and humidity (OK, that's pushing it!) could ruin a perfectly preened do?

Here's how to get her look...

1. This kind of French plait starts at one ear and finishes behind the other and the easiest way to do this is to start with your head upside down! Grab a small section of hair from behind one ear, then French plait it until you get almost to the top of your head.

2. Flip your head the right way up, then continue all the way around your hairline until you get to the opposite ear. Finish off your plait with either a band, or with Kirby grips behind your ear.

3. Finally, use a curling wand (we love Remington Silk Curling Wand, £34.99, to create large, tumbling waves throughout the ends of the rest of your hair. Work on large sections and point the barrel down towards the floor as this helps create a softer, less defined look.

Stephanie's French plait may look simple, but sadly it isn't, so if you can't get it quite right, get a friend to help.

We're all for the easy option!
