Former Coronation Street star Michelle - who has her own collection for the retailer - stopped by the Manchester Lipsy store to surprise some very lucky customers.
And the first thing we noticed? Her a-mazing, super-bouncy hair!
We normally see Michelle with her brunette extensions styled in a loose, glossy blow-dry, but for this occasion she seriously upped the glam factor.
Her chestnut mane was parted in the middle with the lengths tonged in oh-so-voluminous, mermaid-esque curls. Gorgeous!
Want to recreate her look? Here's how...
1. First up, use a volumising shampoo and conditioner in the shower, then run a bit of mousse (such as John Frieda Luxurious Volume Thickening Mousse, £5.99) through your roots to help add lift. Spritz your barnet with a heat protectant before blow-drying your hair upside down.
2. Once dry, part your locks in the middle and clip into sections. Take a curling wand (make sure the barrel isn't too wide as you want curls rather than waves - try Remington Pearl Hair Curling Wand, £19.99), and tong one-inch sections of hair.
3. After you've finished curling, use a comb to very gently backcomb the roots of your locks. To do this, lift up the top section of hair and comb your hair backwards, going towards your roots. Once you're done, conceal your backcombing by smoothing over the top layer of hair with a brush.
4. To help boost fullness, tip your head upside down and ruffle your locks with your fingers. Stand back upright, then mist your bonce with a hairspray to help keep it in place - L'Oréal Paris Elnett Satin Hairspray, £6.60, is always a winner!
