Rosehip oil: It's the only moisturiser I can use and I think it's amazing. I used to have really bad acne and rosehip oil is great for skin renewal, anti-ageing, fine lines and wrinkles. It doesn't react with my skin, which has felt a lot healthier since using it.

Vegetable soap: I don't use make-up remover because a lot of them are alcohol based and they seem to react with my skin. Together with the rosehip oil, they're great. I wash twice daily, but only heavily moisturise at night.

Sunscreen: I've got a new skin sunscreen that's factor 50 and that's great. I've had a sun damage reader – they show you what your face looks like on the inside and all the damage, so I've started wearing sun protector.

Foundation: I really love mineral foundation. It's really gentle on my skin, gives good coverage but doesn't look too cakey. I try to go barefaced on my days off, but it's hard because you still want to go out and look nice. So I put a minimal amount of make-up on, just some mineral foundation, mascara and lipstick.

Lipstick & mascara: I love Mac Studio Extra Mascara, and I also wear their lipstick. There's so many shades and I'm being experimental! But I always keep a nudey pink in my handbag.
