Talk us through your beauty routine...
"My skin regime is important to me so I make sure I always take my make-up off every night using a cleanser and toner. Lancôme or Clarins are my favourites as they're both really refreshing. I'd never used eye make-up remover before, but I recently discovered Lancôme Effacil Eye Make Up Remover, £21, and I love it, it gets rid of all traces of mascara.
"In the mornings I splash my face with cold water to wake myself up and will always use a serum with vitamin C. Depending on how my skin feels, I might also use a moisturiser too. I never leave the house without SPF on my face so will usually use a tinted moisturiser that has a high SPF in it before applying my makeup.
"I try to do a face mask once a week to give my skin an extra boost. My fail safe-masks are the Mudd face masks as they have different varieties to suit different skin types."
With such long hours filming, how do you keep yourself looking good while on set?
"Having the lights on you all the time, your make-up can become really shiny and your skin can look quite greasy. Corn Silk Semi-Matt pressed face powder works to mattify make-up, so I dust it over foundation or tinted moisturiser and it helps to take the shine off. It's translucent too, so it suits my skin all year round. I also swear by MAC Fix+, £14.50, it's a wet spray that you use once you've finished your make-up, refreshing it halfway through the day. When I first heard about it I couldn't get my head around the concept but now I use it all the time! It's also really nice to use on holiday, if you're in the sun just spray it on your face and it makes your skin glow."
Who hogs the mirror the most out of the TOWIE cast?
"The boys are quite vain on the show - Mario [Falcone] and Arg [James Argent] are quite into their appearance."
Any beauty recommendations for surviving festival season?
"One of my main essentials is a bottle of P20 Once A Day 10 Hours Sun Protection Sunscreen, £13.99. At festivals you're out having fun, usually in the hot weather all day. I always forget to keep re-applying sun cream so P20 is great; you apply it once and then don't have to worry for the rest of the day. I love any products that have a bit of glitter in them also. MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Gold Deposit and Soft and Gentle, £22 each, are great to use as highlighters instead of a blusher. Corn Silk pressed powder helps to take away any shine from your face throughout the day and also never forget a hand sanitiser!"
What beauty items do you splurge or save on?
"I splurge on make-up all the time, it's actually what I spend most of my money on! I treat myself to Tom Ford make-up as I love everything about it from the luxurious packaging to the fact that it's a limited range. Astral Cream, £7.99, or Nivea Soft, £2.49, are my save items. I love the smell and always take them on holiday. I've heard that Joanna Lumley has been using Astral cream on her face for years."
What are your top must-haves for a pampering girls' night in?
"I'm on a massive health kick and have been having lots of girly sleepovers, especially when Sam [Faiers] was in the Big Brother house. We love doing face masks together and I always use Mudd face masks as they have different types to suit different skin types. I always use the Mudd Original Mask, £2.98, for a deep cleanse or the Mudd Sea Mask, £2.98, when my skin is feeling a bit dry."
Do you like to cook, and if so, what is your favourite food to make?
"I am really into Asian cooking at the moment. My parents brought me up on interesting and exotic foods so I love using ingredients like ginger and lemon grass. I'm really into James Duigan's Clean and Lean recipe book, £10, and love cooking soups or using things like coconut oil. Apart from that I cook anything, everyday meals like curries and lasagne. I've also recently just got into baking and last week I cooked a gluten-free lemon drizzle cake with a coconut crust. It went down a treat with all my friends."
What are your tips for body confidence?
"I always feel better when I have a tan and a big bouncy blow-dry - there's nothing better than someone doing your hair for you. I've always been quite body confident so my advice for girls is just work with what you've got. Every single girl and guy has their flaws but you have to think, 'Right, this is what I've been given and I'm just going to work with it'. Dressing to suit your figure can really help. When you're happy with yourself it shows inside out."
