The pretty blonde - who originally shot to fame on US show The Hills - always wows us by showcasing flawless skin, glossy blonde tresses and mega-watt lashes.
Reveal grabbed a quick Q&A with Stephanie to discuss her top beauty tips, skincare regime and how she really feels about ex-boyfriend Spencer Matthews...
How do you keep your blonde hair in good condition?
"I try to always let my hair dry naturally if I can, the less hot tools the better. I've also recently discovered Kérastase Resistance Age Recharge Firming Gel-Masque, £20.62, it has changed my hair! I use it one to two times a week when my hair is feeling dry."
Talk us through your beauty regime...
"Usually in the morning I just wash and cleanse my face, often with a Simple skin wash. If I am filming then I will usually wear a primer on my skin, but I'm quite lucky that I don't really get spots, so I don't wear much make up in the daytime."
Do you have the same skincare regime when you're over in LA?
"I don't have a totally different regime. In LA, I'm always more tanned because of the sun. If I have a tan, I barely wear make-up, perhaps just some mascara. In the UK I do use bronzer more. My diet is probably better in the UK so my skin is brighter."
What are your top five beauty tips?
"Drink tons of water, Holland & Barrett fish oil capsules, watermelon and mint juice. Wash your face before you go to bed and Rapid White Max Effect Whitening Strips, £22.99, for your teeth."
What's your pre-holiday bodycare routine?
"Regular exfoliation to make sure my skin is looking healthy and smooth with Australian Bodycare Exfoliating Body Wash, £10.20. It also helps to prevent any in-grown hairs after my wax.
"I have a trainer so I make sure I workout, focusing on core strength. I think being strong is equally as important as being fit. I make sure I buy a nice workout kit because it always makes me feel better about going to the gym! I also buy nice bikinis so that I can look forward to my holiday. I often hang them in my room so I have to look at them and it reminds me to workout. I do watch what I eat, but I am sensible more than anything else. Last time I went on holiday I also had a haircut."
Tell us about your daily diet...
"My diet in the UK is a lot more well-rounded and more adventurous, in LA I eat the same three meals pretty much every day. Eggs for breakfast, salmon for lunch and either a salad or sushi for dinner."
What are the last five things you bought on the high street?
"Brightly coloured denim, I got a blue leather jacket from River Island, printed silky trousers from Miss Selfridge, a cropped blue sweater from Topshop and pumps from Chatelles."
How did you feel about returning to Made In Chelsea?
"I'm really glad to be back, I did not expect the things that have happened in this series to happen. I'm in shock as I'm sure the viewers will be!"
How is Made In Chelsea different to The Hills?
"The weather is certainly different and the drama is a lot more real, and people are way more vicious."
You previously dated Spencer Matthews on the show - what are your feelings towards him now?
"I tolerate him at filming and try to never run into him on set or anywhere else!"
