Seriously, it's just not fair!
The former TOWIE star took to Instagram yesterday (24 April) to pose for a quick selfie while filming exercise videos for her fitness business, Results With Lucy.
Alongside her snap, she wrote: "@resultswithlucy filming day 3 .. Filmed 6 advanced workouts & feeling good!!! Lets do this!!!"
So let's get this straight... she had just done six advanced workouts (we're thinking sit-ups, cardio, weights...) and still looked this perfect?
Normally once we've hit the gym, we look a bit of a red-faced mess. Lucy, on the other hand, flaunted flush-free skin, a flick of eyeliner and mascara-clad lashes along with defined brows and a dab of petal pink lippy.
Of course Lucy was filming throughout the day, so we don't blame her for wearing a full face of make-up while exercising.
But unfortunately for us mere mortals who have to hit the crowded gym, it's not the best idea to wear too much slap. Heavy foundations can clog pores when you sweat which could lead to dreaded breakouts.
If you don't fancy going totally bare-faced on the treadmill (we hear you!), dab a bit of concealer on blemishes instead. Try a waterproof formula like Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hr Waterproof Full Coverage Concealer & Brush, £22.50, QVC.
You can skip the blusher as your cheeks are bound to get rosy on their own. For a polished look, groom your brows by combing them through with an old clean mascara wand.
For lips, go for a tinted lip balm to help replenish moisture while giving a healthy colour. We like Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Pink Blossom, £5.99.
Finally, finish by curling your lashes to help open up your peepers and give a flirty flutter. If you want to wear mascara, use a waterproof version such as Bourjois Volume Glamour Max Waterproof Mascara, £9.99.
