Eeek! Better not show this selfie to anyone under the age of 15, Lyds. You'll scare the living daylights out of them!
The former The Only Way is Essex star posted this crazy selfie on Instagram on Monday (14 April) while giving her hair and skin some all-important, at-home TLC.
"Hair mask, face mask #Scary #Nightmares," she posted.
And never a truer word has been spoken. Cloth face masks may feel amazing on your skin when you're the one wearing them, but to everyone who has to look at you?
Oh well, at least Lydia kept her DIY face mask to the privacy of her own bathroom, unlike Kelly Brook who wore a similar cloth face mask while she was in the back of a cab last summer!
So, why are all these glamorous women using cloth face masks rather than the stuff out of a pot?
Well the benefits (other than scaring the neighbours!) are that they're infused with potent plumping, nourishing or anti-ageing ingredients and because you can stretch them to fit the contours of your face you get to really target those important areas.
