And when we say long we mean it, as both singers rocked the 'so long it's half way down my back' look – with a little help from their false hair friends of course!
Both girls stunned the audience and photographers at this year's Elle Style Awards which were held at One Embankment in London.
And Jessie wouldn't have been Jessie without going for a completely different hairdo to the 2-looks-in-24-hours she rocked on Sunday!
Jessie first went for a raven, wavy wig at the Vivienne Westwood show at London Fashion Week, then later that evening she ditched the flowing tresses for her natural, cropped hair at a BAFTAs after-party.
So what's a girl to do for the UK's 'fashion Oscars' when she's already been long and wavy AND short and sleek just two days before?
Well, other than going colour crazy, it simply had to be super-long and super-straight courtesy of a wig created by her go-to hairdresser and bezzie mate, Alisha Dobson.
Rita Ora was another gorgeous A-lister to go for longer hair than normal at the glitzy event, wearing her extensions side-parted and slicked back over her ears.
And like Jessie, she'd also been photographed with her shorter do at the BAFTAs party on Sunday night.
Hmmm, maybe they had a secret discussion about their forthcoming long locks and how they could rock the same trend but in their own individual ways?...
We saw lots of lengthy, slicked back locks at this year's Golden Globes with both Drew Barrymore and Jenna Dewan wearing their long hair straight and sleek.
We sense a definite trend in the, er, hair!
Best get those straightening irons dusted down, hey ladies?
