Now, if that's not a hot new beauty trend right there, we don't know what is!
The ladies in question were all attending the Hollywood Reporter's 22nd Annual Women in Entertainment Breakfast in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday (11 December).
And while we can't say much about Kim's unusual gold, satin outfit, we're loving her dark, nude lipstick which seemed to be the colour of choice for quite a few A-listers that day...
Cat Deeley also chose a warm, rich lipgloss to go with her glowing skin and dark blonde waves, while Girls actress Allison Williams went for a slighter, darker almost-berry shade to highlight her paler complexion and complement her brunette locks.
So, there's only one thing for it, dear Revealers, we gotta get involved!
Well, firstly, this look is not about the nude shades we embraced in the summer. This trend is much deeper and richer – almost berry-like but without the intensity of those really deep plummy tones.
It's about defining your lips with soft browns, mauves or soft coppery tones, rather than toning them down with barely-there shades.
Try hunting down lipsticks or glosses with food-related names as words like 'honey', 'spice,' 'caramel' and 'mocha' all lend themselves perfectly to this look!
We love No7 Moisture Drench Lipstick in Spice, £9.50, boots.com which is a great one if you have warm, tanned or olive skin like Cat Deeley's.
You could also try Estée Lauder Pure Colour High Intensity Lip Lacquer in Mirrored Mauve, £21, houseoffraser.co.uk if you have thin lips and are worried that a slightly darker lipstick will make them disappear.
If you fancy trying the Kim Kardashian look, go for Mac Lip Pencil in Mahogany, £12, maccosmetics.co.uk and use it to both line and fill in your lips.
And for a slightly darker, Allison Williams take on the look, we love Kate Moss for Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick in Wine 107, £5.49, superdrug.com. Just remember to dab it down with your fingers after applying to create more of a stained, subtle finish.
Wear with thick, black lashes, glowing cheeks and you've got it nailed.
