The 'Mama Do' singer partied at London's Grosvenor House Hotel with the likes of Laura Whitmore, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Ellie Goulding, who won 'Best Solo Act' at the awards. And wasn't Pixie's hair and make-up simply fabulous?
We have to admit, we weren't particular smitten by Pixie's outfit choice but maybe we're just jealous that we couldn't get away with a leather cropped top, high-waisted gingham peplum trousers and sky-high platforms...
Her hair and make-up, on the other hand, were spot on.
Thanking the ladies behind the creation on Instagram, Pixie also gave us a closer inspection of her look which is something we're always grateful for here at Reveal HQ.
Her fabulous '60s make-up was done by Rachel O'Connell, senior make-up artist for MAC Cosmetics, while her hair was the work of Pixie's favourite hairdresser, Holly Rudge, director at Taylor Taylor, London.
To recreate Pixie's hair, tousled and slightly bedhead are the words to keep in mind.
Apply mousse before tipping your head upside down and rough-drying until your hair is about 80-90% dry. Then, twirl the ends around your fingers as you finish drying. This'll help create soft movement through the ends.
"When it comes to products, Pixie is a big fan of the hair powder 'dust it' by Schwarzkopf," her hairdresser, Holly explains.
"She always tries to avoid hairspray as she likes her hair to have more natural movement."
So on that note, rub a little Schwarzkopf Dust It Powder, £9.83, gorgeousshop.co.uk into the roots of your hair for volume, then style it into two small plaits either side of your centre parting to finish the look.
Make-up wise, we presume Pixie's rocking a full face of fabulous MAC slap and the key to re-creating her look is to get your eyes popping, your complexion glowing and that matte pink pout spot on!
For the lips, we love Mac Pro Longwear Lipcreme in Overtime, £17.50, maccosmetics.co.uk, while we know Pixie loves Mac Face and Body Foundation (in shade C3 in case you were wondering!), £21.50, maccosmetics.co.uk on her skin.
When it comes to the eyes, apply a matte, almost-white shadow over your lids, working it into a strong, graphic shape towards the inner corners of your eyes.
Smudge a soft line of grey shadow along the socketline and under your bottom lashes.
Then apply white liner along the waterline of each eye, followed by a sexy flick of black liner above your top lashes.
Pixie also loves Mac 12 False Lashes, £10, maccosmetics.co.uk, so finish with these for the ultimate in lusciously long lashes.
