Pixie Lott joined a whole string of celebrities at the Pride of Britain Awards last night (7 October) and we fell in love with her gorgeous, bejewelled headband.

The 'Mama Do' singer attended the awards along with Nicole Scherzinger, Sarah Harding, Kimberley Walsh and host Carol Vorderman who looked as amazing as ever in a figure-hugging, gold dress...

Pixie was dressed in a floor-length, sheer gown by British designer Yuvna Kim and her diamanté headband was the perfect accessory to complete her look.

Rarely without some kind of fabulous hair accessory, we've seen Pixie in all manner of cat's ears headbands, hair slides, scrunchies and headpieces over the last year.

And while some of the choices would never be fitting on the red carpet, this pretty diamanté number worked perfectly with her feminine, glamorous frock and sexy, yet understated make-up.

To get a similar Pixie-esque look, first backcomb the crown area of your hair, then loosely pin this section at the back of your head with pins to create a kind of half-up beehive.

Then all you need to do is search out that perfect bejewelled headband and perch it slightly lower than you would an alice band, but not so low that it sits horizontally around your head.
